Help! I can't type in a text box!

There is a known issue that causes IE7 and Windows Vista to not interact well together. If your company is using Windows Vista and IE7, you may find that you are unable to get your cursor to appear in a free text field. As a result, you also can't add text to these fields. 

While this is not an issue with HireIQ, it does affect those of you who are using the above Browser and Operating System  combination. 

There is a workaround using a specific keystroke combination. 

1. Click on the text box you wish to enter text into.
   
2. Press the Tab key
   
3. Press the Shift key and the Tab key at the same time.
