What is the difference between a Qualifier and a Question?
There are a few differences between a Qualifier and a Question.
Qualifiers can be used to learn more about your applicant based on their written response. There are six types of qualifiers that you can choose from when setting up the Qualifier. These include a Yes/No answer, a Yes/No/Maybe answer, a Multiple Choice, Single Select, Multiple Choice, Multiple Select, a Free Response, or a Number. Qualifiers can also be used as Knock-Out's. For example, if you are seeking a candidate who has had a minimum of 5 years experience in their field, you can set up the qualifier to knock-out any applicant that doesn't meet your minimum requirement.
Questions are used during the telephone portion of the interview. Questions will be asked to the applicant over the phone and they will provide an audio response.
