From your dashboard, click the blue “+ Add Position” button toward the top right of the screen. InterviewPlus will initiate a wizard that will walk you through the steps needed to create a new Position. It will start with Qualifiers and Questions.
Initially, you will be asked to complete the Description, Qualifiers and Questions portions of your Position. Once you've completed those sections, click on the "Show Advanced Options" button toward the top right of the screen. This will allow you to further customize your position.
Other areas that can be customized under the "Advanced Options" button are: Candidate Interview, Reviewing, Phone Integration, and Email Settings.
