The browser client calls are made either through Adobe Flash or WebRTC. Since both plug-ins are not supported on most mobile web browsers, you might experience some limitations when making calls from the web browsers of your smartphone or tablet.
If you experience any issues, note that we provide up to 3 call options for you to complete the phone screen assessment.
- Option 1- Allows you to record your answers using the web browser
- Option 2- The system will call you
- Option 3- Allows you to call the system
To access option 2 & 3, simply click on the plus sign and you will see those options available to you. Simply follow the onscreen instructions to complete your assessment.
