The Quiz Assessment is a customizable, text-based quiz that is automatically scored on a right vs. wrong basis. Candidates are scored on a scale of 0-100%. This is beneficial in assessing candidate abilities in specific position types such as computer literacy, technical or sales aptitude to access candidates with the necessary skill set.
To add the Quiz Assessment
On the Position Configuration Page
- Click the ‘Add Assessments’ button
- Select the Quiz Assessment from the list of available assessments
- Click ‘Done' to add assessment
- Click 'Save'
- Click ‘Configure’ to add/edit questions.
- Click the ‘Add Question’ button
- Select Question Type:
Multiple Choice
- Enter the text to display to candidate
- Select ‘Add Choice’ to enter the choices for the candidate to select from.
- (Optional)Enter the number ‘1’ in the ‘Weight’ column for the correct response.
- Click ‘Add’ to add question to the list. Repeat until you added all questions and choices
- Click ‘Save’ to save question.
Yes/No
- Enter the text to display to candidate
- Enter the choices for the candidate to select. Note: The number ‘1’ is in the ‘Weight’ column for the ‘Yes’ response if you have chosen to have weighted responses.
- Click ‘Add’ to add question to the list. Repeat until you added all questions and choices
- Click ‘Save’ to save question
When ‘Copying Existing Questions’ users can select questions that were previously used.
- Repeat step 5 & 6 until you have added all questions
- Click ‘Save’
